Laser Cutting is a non-contact process which utilizes a laser to cut materials, resulting in high quality, dimensionally accurate cuts. The process works by directing the laser beam through a nozzle to the workpiece. A combination of heat and pressure creates the cutting action. The material melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

Laser Technology Benefits

Multi-Material - Process an endless number of materials (except PVC)
Multi-Process - Cut, engrave, mark and produce photo images in one step. Non-Contact - Modity material without applying any physical force.
On-Demand - Produce everything you need in real time, without waiting for hard-tooling.

This series combines powerful FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling,) technology with design-to-print GrabCAD software for the most versatile and intelligent solution available. Produce highly accurate and reliable prototypes for concept verification, design validation, and functional performance. The F123 Series lets you print everything from fast, low-cost concept models to durable assemblies. It also features the option of up to three different materials along with easy-to-remove support. Creating functional prototypes with multiple layers and build sizes is more efficient than ever before. You can create complex parts and assemblies with no compromise on accuracy, detail, and repeatability. Even for your earliest design iterations, you can expect quality and dependability based on the variety of printing materials

PLA - Economical and User-Friendly, PLA, a thermoplastic made from renewable resources, produces quick, economical design concepts. PLA offers fast printing, good tensile strength, and a high stiffness ratio, and requires less heat and power to print parts.
ABS-M30 - ABS-M30 for 3D printing with FDM technology is ideal for concept models and moderate requirement parts including functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing tools and production parts.
ASA - Mechanical Strength, UV Stable FDM Material, Outdoor-use production parts benefit from the strength, color choice and UV resistance of ASA material. From electrical housings and brackets to sporting goods and automotive prototypes, ASA’s ease of use also makes it a great choice for iterative design.
